We are delighted to be offering REGULAR Quiet Beats sessions in SOUTH WALES in 2026. Huge thanks to Arts Council Wales for funding this.

Booking is live for our January and February sessions

  • Sunday 22 February 2026 - Dance House, Cardiff. BOOKING OPEN BELOW

  • Sunday 22 March 2026 - Venue TBC

  • Tuesday–Thursday 7–9 April 2026(Easter block – 3 days) Venue TBC

  • Tuesday 26 May 2026- Dance House, Cardiff. BOOKING OPEN BELOW

  • Sunday 28 June 2026 -Venue TBC

  • Summer school - 11-13th August TBC

The sessions are for young people age 7-14 years who are D/deaf or hard of hearing.

All sessions run from 10am-3pm on each of the days. Younger and new members are invited to just come for the morning session which finished at 12 noon.

These sessions are a chance to have fun, learn skills, make friends and move your body in ways that make you feel good.

Cost: The sessions are FREE

The sessions will be led by our Dance OfficerAmber Howells plus a special guest teacher. A BSL Interpreter will support the sessions.
